Problematic issues of diagnosis and treatment of vulvovaginitis of mixed bacterial-candidiasis etiology

The aim of the study is to evaluate effectiveness modern antiseptic agent Gynodek in treatment mixed bacterial-candidiasis vulvovaginitis.Materials and methods. There were 67 patients with vulvovaginitis under observation. diagnosis candidiasis infection was verified according data clinical laboratory research Patients received vaginal gel 5 ml once a day for 7 days. assessed examination before on 7th observation, (bacterioscopic, bacteriological) after treatment. Lactobacilli amount 107 which indicates rapid restoration normal microflora.Conclusions. Bacterial-fungal associations microorganisms biotope lead complex symptoms, makes it difficult make timely diagnosis. highly effective against gram-positive, gram-negative fungal microflora, drug choice vulvovaginitis. creates comfortable pH, promotes own lactoflora, increases functional activity mucosa epithelium, ensures prevention recurrence.
